SHOW_BATCH_APPROVAL_INBOX

Description:

This parameter specifies whether interaction forms that are Batch Approvable, can be seen in the Supervisor's Inbox.

Note: Batch approvals are not supported in multi-tenant deployments of WFM.

Setting this parameter to FALSE (default value) prevents Supervisors from seeing interaction forms that are Batch Approvable, in their Supervisor Inbox. Interaction forms are only visible from the Batch Approval page (Messages->Batch Approvals) with this setting.

Setting this parameter to TRUE allows Supervisors to see the forms in their Inbox and on the Batch Approval page. Although this parameter primarily applies to the Workmail module, the Balances and Accruals module is also affected. Vacation requests are by default batch approval forms.
