Description:

This parameter controls whether an employee's schedule information is displayed on the Time Off Planner calendar.

When set to true, a scheduled icon is displayed on the days in the calendar on which the employee is scheduled. Employees can hover over the icon to get schedule information about that day. In addition, when an employee enters a time off request on a single day, the employee's schedule information for that day is displayed in the popup.

Note: For LFSO, the SO_HIDE_UNPUBLISHED_FIXED_SHIFTS_ON_ETM_MOB registry parameter is used to determine whether an employee is scheduled. If the SO_HIDE_UNPUBLISHED_FIXED_SHIFTS_ON_ETM_MOB registry parameter is true, only published schedules are displayed. Employees will be considered to be OFF on days with unpublished fixed shifts. If the SO_HIDE_UNPUBLISHED_FIXED_SHIFTS_ON_ETM_MOB registry parameter is false, then unpublished fixed shifts are displayed.

ETM is not supported in multi-tenant deployments.

When set to false, a scheduled icon is not displayed on scheduled days in the calendar. No schedule information is available in the Time Off Planner. This is the default.
