This parameter sets whether the Supervisor Approval Worksheet summarizes hour types.
When set to True, hour types are summarized and the Supervisor Approval Worksheet only includes hour types with HTypeSummarize = True.
When set to False, hour types are not summarized on the Supervisor Approval Worksheet.
