SHIFT_PATTERN_LABOR_ENABLED

This parameter enables or disables shift pattern labor allocations.

When set to True, shift pattern definitions include labor allocations. The hours worked in the shift pattern are allocated to labor metrics such as jobs, projects, dockets, or departments. Shift labor allocations override employee-specific default labor allocations.

When set to False, shift pattern labor allocation is disabled.
