Creating ad-hoc shifts in Simple Edit mode

Creating an ad-hoc shift in Simple Edit mode creates a shift using the default shift configuration and assigns it to the selected employee.

  1. Load a schedule.
  2. Click Edit Mode > Simple Edit.
  3. Click inside a shift cell that does not currently have a shift and specify the shift label (DAY, for example).
  4. Click inside another shift cell or press TAB.
The shift is created in the shift cell. The shift is assigned to the employee on the selected row on the day corresponding with the selected date column.
