Hiding unfiltered shift groupings

You can use filtering in the Advanced Schedule View to hide unfiltered shift groupings in the Position view, Unit view, and the Rotation view.

For example:

  1. An employee is scheduled to shifts in Job 1 and Job 2.
  2. This employee’s schedule is visible in the Job 1 and Job 2 groupings in the unfiltered Position view of the ASV.
  3. In the Position view, filter for Job 2.
  4. The information for the Job 1 grouping is hidden by the filter.
  5. The Position view in the employee's schedule now only displays the information for Job 2.

The Unit view and the Rotation view can also be filtered in the same way.
