Recalling an approved time off request without assigning shift

You can recall an approved time off request for an employee without assigning a shift.

For example, an employee was unscheduled on Friday and has an approved leave on that day. You can recall the approved time off request on Friday so that the employee is available to work on that day.

  1. Display the ASV view in which you want to book time off for an employee. See Displaying schedules with ASV.
  2. Click the Edit Mode icon in the upper right corner of the window.
  3. Select Details Edit.
  4. Select the LTA time code that you want to recall. The details edit mode panel is displayed below the LTA time code.
  5. Click Recall.
  6. Click Yes at the confirmation prompt. The LTA override on that day is canceled. On the Time Off Calendar, the request is set to a Recalled status.
