Viewing assignment periods

You can view the assignment periods for the selected row in the Assignment and Labor Metrics panel. The Assignment Periods drop-down list contains the assignment periods that belong to the employee that is assigned to the selected row or partial schedule row. Schedule periods are displayed if they overlap the currently displayed date range. The assignment comment and costing are displayed for the assignment period that is currently selected.

The Assignment Periods tab displays the list of all assignment periods for the selected row. This includes assignment periods that are assigned to another employee or are unassigned, as long as their partial schedule rows belong to the selected row's parent row. Schedule periods are displayed if they overlap or are after the currently displayed date range. Temporarily unassigned periods are displayed with a green background. LTA periods are displayed with the LTA code that was used to book off the shifts.
