Key Performance Indicators panel

The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) panel displays statistics for the schedule that is currently being edited. When individual employees are selected in the Employee field, KPIs are calculated for all shifts that are assigned to the selected employees during the selected date range. Otherwise, KPIs are calculated for all shifts belonging to the units selected in the Unit field. Filter selections do not affect the KPI calculations, so shifts are still counted that are not currently displayed based on the selected filter options.

These KPIs are available for shifts:

  • Filled Shifts
  • Unfilled Shifts
  • Total Shifts

These KPIs are available for hours

  • Filled Hours
  • Unfilled Hours
  • Total Hours

These KPIs are available for costing:

  • Total Cost
  • Total Hours

Additional custom KPIs can be displayed when the Schedule KPI callout is enabled.
