Feature Process Flow

LFSO locations require a corresponding team. You can only loan or borrow employees assigned to teams that have a corresponding LFSO location. The ELaB feature process follows this sequence:

  1. Generate schedules for home and borrow locations.
  2. Borrow location manager requests employee for the required borrow period using the Employee Loan Request form.
  3. Home location manager loans employee by approving the Employee Loan Request.
  4. Borrow location manager ensures employee is eligible to work the required job.
  5. Using availability information shown on the Weekly Schedule page, the borrow location manager assigns shifts to borrowed employee.
  6. Edits made to schedules as required. Each manager has visibility into the shifts scheduled by the other store. However, each manager will not be able to make changes or add shifts that overlap.
  7. Publish schedules.
  8. Employees can view their assigned shifts.
    Note: Since the shifts do not include shift locations, managers must notify employees of any shifts assigned in a location other than the employee's home location.
