Employee consent for automated scheduling

In some jurisdictions, it may be required to obtain consent from an employee before they can be included in the automated scheduling process. Employees may also have the right to opt-out of the Auto-Assignment process.

The System Scheduling Enabled flag in the employee record determines whether the employee will be included in the automated scheduling process. This field is hidden by default on both the Employee and Employee Basic Information Override pages and can be updated with field level permissions to make it visible to the appropriate individuals.
