Importing translation files by table

After the translation file has been exported and translated, you can import the file into the application. To use this feature, you must have access to the file being imported.

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Data Localization > Language Translation.
  2. Select the table you want to import using the Select the table you want to Edit lookup.
  3. Select the language you want to import using the Select the language to Edit in lookup.
  4. Click Load.
    The Language Translation page is displayed.
  5. Click the Import Table link.
  6. Specify or browse to the location and file name of the translation file you want to import.
    The path to the file being imported refers to the server machine, not your local machine.
  7. Click Import.
