Enabling the Configure Locale page

The Configure Locale page (Maintenance > System Administration > Data Localization > Configure Locale) may be hidden in your deployment of WFM depending on your version and whether you upgraded or performed a new installation of WFM. If the page is hidden, you can enable the page for your preferred security group by following the steps in this procedure.

If the Configure Locale page is available by default in your deployment, the default security permissions to edit the page is for SYSTEM ADMINS only. You can also change the security permissions for the page to suit your business requirements.

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Maintenance Forms.
  2. In the Menu Parent field, change the value from Hidden Never Show to Data Localization.
  3. Click Save.
  4. You may also need to clear the cache of the application in Maintenance > System Administration > Console Mode.

The Configure Locale page should now be available in Maintenance > System Administration > Data Localization.
