Prerequisite tasks for permanent erasure

There are several prerequisite tasks that you must complete before you can permanently erase the personal data of an employee.

Note: The steps in this section can also be achieved through an employee import.
  1. The employee must be set to Inactive. You can set an employee to inactive in the application under Maintenance > Employees > Employee. See Employee Settings and Overrides in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
  2. The employee must be terminated and the termination date must be prior to the pay group Hands Off Date. Pay groups and the Hands Off Date can be found in the application at Maintenance > Payroll Settings > Payroll Close > Pay Group. For more information, see Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
