Summary information

The Summary section at the bottom of the Daily Timesheet contains a series of tabs that show summary information about the time period that you are viewing.

The tabs that appear can be customized by system administrators, and additional tabs can be added.

By default, the Summary section includes these tabs:

  • Code Summary: Shows the total number of hours that were worked each day, broken down by time code and hour type.
  • Code Detail: Shows more detailed information about the time codes shown on the Code Summary tab, broken down by employee, job, department, project, and docket.
  • Balance Changes: Shows all balance changes for the period being viewed. For example, if an employee took vacation time, then the change in their vacation balance is shown.
  • Timesheet Edits: Displays all overrides for the period being viewed.
    Note: Overrides with a status of CANCEL or CANCELLED are excluded from the list.
  • Overtime Awarded: Shows a summary of all work details and premiums with an overtime hour type for the period being viewed.
  • Retroactive Adjustments: Shows a summary of all retroactive adjustments for the period being viewed.
