Setting Up Employee Badge Numbers

You must ensure that badge numbers are assigned to employees who use the WB2000. Otherwise, the employees cannot use the clocks. Employees and badge numbers can be imported using the Employee Import.

To verify the required employees have badge numbers:

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Badge.
  2. Ensure the employees who use the WB2000 are listed on this page. If they are not listed, create the badge numbers for the employees.
  3. If your employees are using biometrics, click the Edit link next to a biometric employee.
  4. Select the Empbdg Flag 3 check box.
  5. Click Save.

    If you have a number of employees using biometric WB2000 Series Clocks, repeat steps 3 to 5 for each employee.
