Setting Up Employees

Before employees can use the WB2000 Series Clock, the employees must be assigned to the appropriate reader groups. Employees can only use clocks within the same reader group.

Also, you must ensure that each employee has a badge number assigned to them. Although badge numbers are normally assigned with HR Refresh, you can also manually assign badge numbers to employees.

Finally, there is additional configuration for employees who use biometric versions of the WB2000 Series Clock.
