Disabling meal confirmation for your employees

  1. In the Workforce Management application, select Maintenance > Payroll Settings > Calc Group.
  2. Click Edit beside the employee's calculation group.
  3. Deselect the Enable Meal Confirmation check box.
  4. Click Save.

    Additional information about disabling meal confirmation in the calculation group:

    • All existing employees’ badges will be disabled for meal confirmation. You cannot enable/disable the Enable Meal Confirmation check box for the employee directly, it is read-only.
    • If one or more employees in the calculation group do not require the meal confirmation prompt, you must assign them to a separate calculation group with the Enable Meal Confirmation check box deselected.
  5. Select Maintenance > Reader Setup > Reader Groups.
  6. Click Edit beside the clock reader group that contains the readers for your clocks.
  7. Deselect the Enable Meal Confirmation check box.
  8. Click Save.
    Additional information about disabling meal confirmation in the reader group:
    • All clock readers in this reader group will have meal confirmation disabled by default.
