Header icons

The items described in this list are displayed on the Patient Assignment screen header. The header is the row of options that are specific to Clinical Science that displays directly under the list of Workforce Management modules.

The header contains these objects:
  • Unit, Date, Day Part: Defaults to logged-in user's unit, current date and current day part.
  • Shift Note: When you click the piece of paper icon on the right side of the header, a text editor opens for adding a note about the shift. A red circle on the bottom-right of the paper icon indicates that a shift note has been created.
  • Publish: When patient assignments have been made, use this button to publish the information.
  • Ellipsis (three vertical dots) menu: This menu provides access to:
    • Refresh: Select it to refresh the screen. This is necessary to see new information.
    • Print: This option is currently not available.
