Deleting Temporary Patterns

A temporary pattern can be identified by the pattern's start and end dates.

To delete temporary availability using the Employee lookup:

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Availability.
  2. Select the employee for whom you want to delete temporary availability using the Employee lookup.
    Only the employees to which you have access will be displayed.
  3. Select Employee Availability Pattern.
  4. Select the temporary pattern that you want to delete, from the Availability Pattern drop-down list.
    The Employee Availability Pattern page is displayed for the pattern that you specified.
  5. Click Delete.
