Overview
Use the Attendance Management module to monitor employee attendance records and
take appropriate actions. Predefined actions are automatically triggered based on
attendance-specific events.
Actions such as arriving late three times a month or leaving early on consecutive days can trigger e-mail warnings or supervisor notification. Conversely, an employee who is consistently on time for an entire month could receive bonus pay.
