Data Level security setup

• Users of WFM Analytics are expected to be set up as users of the WFM application.
• If a user is not provisioned in WFM, then security errors will be displayed while accessing dashboards.
• Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le user GUID should be mapped to WFM application User’s Identity2.

For data level, security filter is created for TeamID/WorkbrainTeamID and applied on these Fact tables. The filter limits Employees and Teams that a User has access to.
