WFM Analytics space groups

WFM Analytics is delivered with predefined Space Groups that restrict the user’s access to models, reports, and dashboards. WFM Analytics provides these standard groups.

Data level security is driven by the “Workbrain User” and its associated Employees and Teams for the particular role. This data level security can be bypassed by assigning the WFMBIRST-SecurityExemption role to the user.

The exception is Birst Administrators who always have access to view all data.
