Scenarios

These scenarios summarize the Training Qualifications feature:

Scenario 1

Mandy, a supervisor at a large company, receives a Course Registration form from her employee in her Inbox. Mandy clicks the link to the form, views the information, and clicks Submit to authorize the employee’s enrollment request. The employee receives an electronic message that the enrollment request has been authorized and that his timesheet is updated with the required time code information.

Scenario 2

James is a supervisor at a manufacturing plant who wants to withdraw from a course for which he is registered. He submits the Course Withdrawal form that is automatically sent to his supervisor. After his supervisor authorizes the request, James’ schedule is automatically updated and the TRN time code is deleted from his timesheet.

Scenario 3

Jason is a system administrator at an airline company who has been asked to set up a new CPR course in Training Qualifications. Jason defines a new course type for CPR, sets up the course, and links the course to a job. Finally, Jason adds CPR to the course calendar that displays details such as the course instructor, where and when the class will be held, the maximum number of people who can enroll and waitlist for the class, and the cost of the course.
