Export Schedules Directives task

This task packages the information in the EMPLOYEE_SCHEDULE table into XML format and exports the package. After the appropriate records are processed, they are wrapped into a new XML file and posted to an output folder with a corresponding .smf semaphore file.

Note: The input and output folders are accessible using absolute paths including Windows UNC paths.The CHANGE_HISTORY table is updated by triggers set on the READER, EMPLOYEE, EMPLOYEE_BADGE, EMPLOYEE_READER_GROUP, EMPLOYEE_SCHEDULE, DEPARTMENT, JOB, PROJECT, DOCKET, and TIME_CODE tables.
