Composing mail messages using the Compose page

You can use the Compose page to create and send new mail messages to other application users.

To compose mail messages using the Compose page:

  1. Click the Messages icon.
  2. Click Compose.
  3. Select the primary recipient to whom you want to send a message from the To lookup.
  4. Optionally, select secondary recipients to whom you want to send a copy of the message from the Cc lookup.
  5. Optionally, select secondary recipients, where the user will be hidden from the other users that are selected to receive the message, from the Bcc lookup.
  6. Specify the message purpose in the Subject field.
  7. Specify the message in the text box.
  8. Do one of these actions:
    • Click Send to send your message.
    • Click Cancel to cancel the message without sending the message.
    • Click Save Draft to save a draft of the message you are composing.
