Compares Rate Condition

The Compares Rate Condition has been enhanced to support a new keyword, STATE_MIN_WAGE. When this keyword is specified in the condition, the system retrieves the value from the STATE_MIN_WAGE table for the specified state as of the calculation date.

For example, this condition tests whether the employee's base rate is less than or equal to the current minimum wage for the state of California:
