Warning users when viewing timesheets in a prior pay period

You can configure the timesheet to warn users when viewing timesheets in a prior pay period. For example, this feature can be used to deter managers from making negative adjustments to previously exported timesheets.

For this feature, both an Adjustment icon and warning message can be configured. The Adjustment icon indicates whether any adjustment records exist on days in a prior pay period. The warning message is displayed when one or more days presented on the timesheet fall within a prior pay period. The same warning message is also displayed on the override pop-up windows related to prior pay period timesheets.
