Posting shifts to the billboard in the Self Service Portal

Employees can post shifts to the billboard from the Self Service Portal.

  1. From the application menu, select My Schedule Hub.
  2. Tap the date in the schedule that has the shift that you are posting.
  3. Tap Post.
  4. Select the shift you would like to post.
  5. Specify this information for the shift you are posting:
    Start
    Specify the start time of the portion of the shift you are posting.
    End
    Specify the end time of the portion of the shift you are posting.
  6. Tap Submit.
    The post request starts the workflow process. A message is displayed to notify you of the status of your post request.
  7. Tap OK.
When the post request is accepted, the shift is available on the billboard for other employees to claim. Employees are responsible for working their posted shifts until the shift is successfully claimed by another employee.
