Requiring comments when employees post shifts

Employees may add comments when posting their shifts to the billboard. The comments are displayed in the Comment field when the shift is viewed in the billboard. Comments are also displayed in workflow messages sent to approvers.

The Comment field can be configured as a required field. This makes it so employees must enter a comment when posting a shift. This configuration is done by selecting Yes for the Required drop down for the FIELD_MYSCHEDULE_TAB_MYSCHEDULE_POST_TO_BB_COMMENT field in the MOB_SCHEDULE maintenance form.
