Last clock details

The details of the employee's last clock is displayed in the header of the clock modal above the presets. The clock preset name, date of the last clock transaction, clock time, and any associated clock data are displayed.

There is no limit to how far back the last clock can be. If the employee does not have any clock transactions, the last clock information is not displayed.

To determine the latest clock transaction, both pending and applied clocks are considered. Clocks added directly to the timesheet are also considered.

Note: In some situations, the last clock may not be accurate if the last clock is pending and ends up being rejected later.
