Running Year at a Glance reports

  1. Select My Reports > Year At A Glance > New Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    Report Type
    Select the YAG report type.
    Year
    Select the year. If you select the current year, then information up to the current month is displayed.
    Employee
    Select the employees to include in the report.
    Team
    Select the teams to include in the report.
    Include Sub Teams
    Optionally, select the check box to include any sub teams.
    Order By
    Select the category by which you want the results sorted.
  3. Select the Save check box.
  4. Optionally, select the Personal Report check box to make the saved criteria available only to yourself.
  5. Specify the name and description of the saved criteria, and then click Go. The results of the search are displayed.
    The Year At A Glance report is divided into two panels. The top panel shows a 12-month calendar, while the bottom screen shows the details corresponding to the highlighted dates in the calendar.
