Time and Attendance

Quick Rule Editor enhancements

You can now display pay rule descriptions and add a new pay rule in the exact place and order in the Quick Rule Editor.

See "Pay Rules and the Quick Rule Editor" in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

Display elapsed time overrides on the Time Off Calendar

You can display elapsed time overrides on the Time Off Calendar by configuring the LTA_OVERRIDE_TYPES_TO_SHOW_IN_TIME_OFF_PLANNER registry parameter. When configured, elapsed time overrides with LTA time codes on the timesheet are displayed in the Time Off Calendar and Time Off Approval pages in both the mobility and desktop application. For elapsed time overrides, a duration is displayed instead of start and end times (for example, 3h 45m). The symbols for hours ("h") and minutes ("m") can be localized.

Note: Elapsed time overrides cannot be edited or canceled from the Time Off Calendar or Time Off Approval pages.

See the Infor Workforce Management Registry Parameter Reference Guide for more information.

Show balance violations in Daily Timesheet

You can configure the Daily Timesheet to show balance violations in a pop-up whenever a timesheet that results in balance violations is submitted. In addition, you can configure the timesheet to cancel the overrides that caused the balance violations instead of placing the days with balance violations in error.

To warn users about balance violations when submitting timesheets, set the SHOW_BALANCE_VIOLATIONS registry parameter to true.

Note: The SHOW_BALANCE_VIOLATIONS registry is effective only when the TS_PRE_APPLY_FUTURE_BAL registry is set to false.

See the Infor Workforce Management Registry Parameter Reference Guide for more information.

Exists Override Condition

You can configure the Exists Override Condition to make an exact match comparison. When the Exact Match option is selected, the condition returns true if the override value is an exact match to one of the values specified in the condition.

See "Exists Override Condition" in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
