Reporting - Cognos Analytics

Read-only database user for Cognos Analytics reporting

A new read-only user is now supported at the database level for Cognos reporting purposes. This allows WFM to manage resource allocation to Cognos Analytics at the database user level.

System administrators can create the database user with read-only access during installation or upgrade. The read-only user has select access to all schema tables (WBWORKBRAIN and WBARCHIVE) and execute access to functions within the database.

For more information, see Infor Workforce Management Installation and Configuration Guide.

The 'Raw Interval Requirement' column has been added to the Staffing Requirement (SO) query subject in these packages and namespaces:

  • Burst Staffing name space in the WFMBurst package.

New 'Day Start Time' column added to the Cognos Analytics metadata model
