Self Service Portal
Accessing Self Service Portal in stand-alone implementations
When WFM is implemented as a stand-alone application, users can access the Self Service Portal on a desktop, tablet, or mobile phone. When users access the application on a browser, they are directed to the default application that is set for their security group. The default application can be set to the Self Service Portal or the desktop application. Users with access to both applications can switch between them using an option in the menu.
