Launchendpoint URL for the Vocantas server. When shifts are offered from WFM, this endpoint is called to initiate the offering of shifts in Vocantas. It is called along with the endpoint specified in VOCANTAS_WEBSERVICE_ENDPOINT_OFFERSHIFT.This format is used to specify the URL, with
