Offering overtime

Once the OTE module is set up, supervisors can manage the overtime equalization by creating overtime offers and logging the employee responses. The process of offering overtime involves these tasks:

  1. Creating overtime offers.
  2. Determining which employees are offered the overtime first (employee sort order).
  3. Offering the overtime to the appropriate employees, either through Workmail or using a method outside of the Workforce Management (WFM) application.
  4. Logging employee responses.
