Assigning relief shifts containing on-call time

You can assign relief shifts that contain on-call time in the Relief Calling Area using the Accept All icon. See Using the Relief Calling Area.

You can also assign relief shifts that contain on-call time using the Employee Call Pop-up. The entire shift must be accepted.

Note: Relief shifts containing on-call time are read-only and cannot be reassigned using the Reassign tab of the Employee Call Pop-up.
