Shift status icons
Shift status icons are displayed on shift cards to indicate shifts that are being processed by
another feature. These status icons can be displayed:

The lock icon is displayed on shifts
that are locked due to processing by one of these features:
Shifts cannot be edited when they are locked. |

The billboard icon is displayed on shifts that have been posted to the Shift Billboard. Editing an unassigned shift that has been posted to the billboard cancels the billboard posting. Shifts that have been posted to the billboard by the assigned employee cannot be edited without first canceling the billboard posting. |

The inactive employee icon is displayed on shifts that are assigned to employees that have been terminated. Limited options are available to edit shifts assigned to terminated employees. |

The calendar icon is displayed on shifts that have a time off request from the assigned employee that is pending approval. Time off requests must be approved or rejected before the shift can be edited. |

The mobile shift offer icon is displayed on shifts that have been offered to employees using mobile shift offer. The shift cannot be edited without first canceling the mobile shift offer. |

The shift swap icon is displayed on shifts that are part of a shift trade or shift swap request that is pending. The shift trade or shift swap request must be approved or rejected before the shift can be edited. |
