One-time Schedule publishing

Processing a One-time Schedule (OTS) publishes the schedule for the assigned staff members during the effective date range of the OTS. Multiple OTSs can be processed for the same team or staff members as long as the dates do not overlap.

When processing an OTS, the entire schedule is checked for schedule compliance issues, overlapping shifts, or schedule conflicts with shifts or approved leaves created in other parts of the application. Any schedule conflicts, shift overlaps, or schedule compliance errors must be resolved before the OTS can be processed.

After processing an OTS, you can still make changes to the employee assignments, shifts, and labor metrics. The OTS must be re-processed to publish the changes.
