Creating unstaffed shifts

You can create unstaffed shifts in the following ways:

• Manually
• Using a batch process
• Through the staffing requirements. See Unstaffed Shifts.

Manually created shifts, whether staffed or not, do not affect coverage. Only staffing defined within the staffing requirements are included in coverage calculations.
