Coverage Configuration

There are three configuration requirements for coverage:

  1. Configure activities to be either working or non-working on the Activities Detail page (Scheduling > Schedule Optimization > Activities).
  2. Verify that the default activity, as defined by staffing requirements, is configured as a working activity.
  3. If necessary, exclude working activities and/or time codes from coverage using the COVERAGE_EXCLUDED_ACTS and COVERAGE_EXCLUDED_TCODES registry parameters. For more information about these parameters, see the Registry Parameter Reference Guide.
Absences and shifts with time codes defined in the NOT_AVAILABLE_TCODES registry parameter do not count towards coverage.
