The Tools Panel

The Tools panel, located on the upper part of the Intraday page, provides tools that enable you to alter the information on the schedule display. This allows you to focus the schedule display on the information you need.

There a number of operations available from the Tools panel:

Panel Operation Description
Sort Allows you to select how the Intraday sorts employees within their respective team/group. Select one of the following options:
  • First Name, Ascending
  • First Name, Descending
  • Last Name, Ascending
  • Last Name, Descending
  • ID, Ascending
  • ID, Descending
Additional sorts can be configured. For more information, consult your Infor Consulting Services representative.
Change Day (Back) Allows you to navigate the Intraday to the previous day of the schedule period.
Change Day (Forward) Allows you to navigate the Intraday to the following day of the schedule period.
Day Statistics Allows you to display the Statistics panel ( figure 4.1 ), which shows statistics for the day displayed. For more information, see Daily Summary Statistics.
Print + Allows you to select a time period from the drop-down provided and click the Print button to generate a PDF of the schedule display for printing purposes. For more information, see Printing the Schedule.

You can only select days from the schedule period that was loaded by the Intraday. The period could be one week, or the entire schedule period depending on the MVS view from which the Intraday was accessed.

Filter Allows you to display the Filter panel, which allows you to specify the information that displays in the schedule. For more information on the Filter panel, see Filtering the Intraday Page View.
Mode Allows you to select the time line that appears in the schedule display. Select one of the following:
  • 24 Hour
  • Hours of Operation
By default, the Intraday is set to display a standard 24-hour view.
Day Allows you to select the day on which you want the schedule display to focus. You can only select days from the period that was loaded by the Intraday. The period could be one week, or the entire schedule period depending on the MVS view from which the Intraday was accessed.
Breaks Allows you to display breaks on the Intraday schedule.
