Associating day part sets to teams

Associating a day part set to a team configures the team to use the included day parts. The included day parts are displayed when coverage for the team is displayed in the MVS scheduling screens. A team can only be associated to one day part set.

  1. Select Maintenance > Security > Team Security > Team.
  2. Click Edit for the team you want to configure.
  3. In the Day Parts by Team section, select the day part set to associate with the team in the Day Part Set field.
  4. To apply the day part set to sub-teams of the selected team, select the Apply to Sub Teams check box.
  5. Click Save.
The day part set is associated to the selected team. The day parts included in the set are displayed when coverage for the team is displayed in the MVS scheduling screens.
