Updating employee schedule cleanup statuses

You can update the schedule cleanup status to put a cleanup process for an individual employee on hold, or you can reset the status of a failed schedule cleanup to retry the process.

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Schedule Cleanup Requests.
  2. Select Employee Schedule Cleanup or Employee Termination based on the type of the schedule cleanup process that you would like to edit.
  3. Click Go.
  4. Click Edit on the employee row that you want to edit.
  5. In the Status field, select the status for the schedule cleanup process.
  6. Click Save.
