Masking leave codes in printed ASV schedules

A generic leave code can be used to mask employees' actual leave activities in print PDFs for ASV schedules. This is useful for protecting employees' personal information regarding their reasons for taking leave time.

Leave code masking is enabled by configuring the MASK_LEAVE_CODES registry parameter to true. When this feature is enabled and schedules are printed from ASV, the generic leave code replaces employees' actual leave activities. This covers any booked off shifts and employee time off requests.

The generic leave code can be specified using the SCHEDULE_PRINTOUT_LEAVE_CODES_MASK control in Config mode. The leave code can also be localized for users in different regions.
