Intraday Coverage Graph

The Intraday Coverage graph is displayed at the bottom of the Schedule page when the Intraday view is loaded and when editing a shift in the Weekly view.

  • The black line indicates the number of employees required by interval. The red line indicates the number of employees scheduled.

  • Peak times are highlighted with shading under the black line.

  • By default, the graph shows the total store coverage. The store coverage can be filtered to show a single department within the store.

    The legend shows the top 6 ranked departments within the store based on sort order, to allow for a quick check of departmental coverage.

  • Click on the legend for one of the departments, to focus in on that department's coverage. For total store coverage, click the Home icon.

  • You can also filter coverage by staff requirement in both the Daily and Weekly views. If filters are used for a Department, you can then filter by staff requirement for that Department. Selecting a staff requirement allows you to view coverage individually and identify coverage problems. You can also choose to view the coverage of the whole store (all Departments).
