Supported mobile platforms

Mobile support for WFM consists of the Mobile WFM, Self Service Portal, and HTML Clock products. Mobile WFM and HTML Clock are HTML5 applications. Self Service Portal was developed using Angular.

The platform versions listed below were used to certify the products for this release. While we take every effort to ensure the latest versions of each operating system and browser are supported, occasional issues may arise due to the variety of available devices in the marketplace and/or subsequent operating system versions. We will address such issues via maintenance patches whenever possible, while device specific issues will be approached on a case by case basis.

Notes

  1. When accessing the Workforce Management application through Infor Ming.le from a mobile device, you must use Infor Go instead of a mobile browser. Direct access from a mobile device is not supported. For information on adding the WFM application to Infor Go, see the Infor Go Administration Guide, which is included in the Operating Service documentation on https://docs.infor.com.
  2. The Self Service Portal is designed to be used in portrait mode on a mobile phone. Users can switch between landscape and portrait view on a mobile phone, but no specific design has been prescribed for mobile landscape.
