Disabling a registered device (cloud only)

As a system administrator, you can disable a device that was previously registered in WFM.

Note: You cannot re-enable a device after it has disabled. You must delete the device registration and have the user perform the registration again.

To disable a registered device:

  1. Select Maintenance > Reader Setup > TimeTrack Devices.
  2. Click Edit for your registered device.
  3. To disable the device, deselect the Enabled check box and click Save.
  4. Click Yes when prompted to disable the device.
  5. Click Save.
