Overview for the TimeTrack clock

The TimeTrack clock can record when employees start and stop shifts, take their breaks, change jobs, departments, dockets, and projects.

You can access the TimeTrack clock using a web browser on a tablet or desktop computer. You can perform clock punches on a desktop computer or other browser-enabled devices such as tablets. These punches are sent to the Workforce Management application and validated.

The TimeTrack clock can be accessed with a touch screen. Employees can also perform clock punches on a desktop computer with a mouse and keyboard.

TimeTrack has a numeric keypad for badge entry and functional icons on the main landing page of the clock. The current date and time is displayed at the top of the screen. The lnfor logo is displayed at the top left of the clock. After completing a punch, the badge number prompt and confirmation is displayed at the center of the screen.

Other TimeTrack clock features:

  • Labor metric selection followed by badge entry.
  • Language selection menu to change the displayed language on the clock.
  • Supervisor mode to allow supervisors to enter punches on behalf of employees.
